This unique device lets you dry your fruits, vegetables, and herbs using only the power of the sun. The system is light enough for anyone to set-up, compact enough to store indoors, and rugged enough to last for years.

Just slice and load your garden goods into the removable drying trays. The drying chamber fits up to six 10-inch stainless trays. Trays can be stacked with differing heights, depending on the thickness of fruits and veggis being dried. Once stacked, pop on the lid and head out to a sunny place in you yard!

The drying-chamber easily attaches to the hot-air duct of the solar panel. Fruits such as apples, oranges, and pears can dry in as little as 4 hours, depending on ambient sun and humidity. Strawberries, banannas, and apricots also dry with excellent results. Imagine making dried fruits and veggi chips all in a single sunny afternoon! (Warning: System is only for vegitable and plant material. Temperatures are not high enough to guarantee safety with meat products.)
