Elizabeth St.; solarroast.com) won a $100,000 business development grant from the Pueblo Economic Development Corp., brainy brothers Mike and Dave Hartkop are set to flip the switch on their new, photovoltaic-powered Helios 5 roaster.

 I was genuinely surprised by a coffee factoid this morning! It is my business to know all about coffee, and I thought I had most of these things at my fingertips.

As it turns out, I knew plenty about coffee beans, but hadn't considered the other major ingredient in my morning ritual: water!
